Calochortus

Calochortus Calochortus macrocarpus ( Sagebrush Mariposa Lily )
A bulbous perennial, reaching up to 22 inches in height, that is native to western North America ( from central British Columbia to Saskatchewan; south to California to Utah ). It is typically found in sagebrush and coniferous forests in the wild.
The linear leaves, up to 4 inches in length, are deep green.
The pink, bell-shaped flowers, up to 2.5 inches wide, are borne up to 3 per stem during late spring into late summer.

Calochortus nuttallii ( Sego Lily )
A bulbous perennial, reaching up to 12 ( rarely over 8 ) inches in height, that is native to western North America ( from Alberta to southwest Manitoba; south to northwest Mexico to far southwest Texas to Nebraska ).
The linear leaves are up to 4 inches in length.
The white ( rarely pale pink ), bowl-shaped flowers, up to 2 inches wide, are borne up to 3 per stem during late spring.
